FAQs

When do I get access?

You'll get full and immediate access to the workshop replay, transcriptions, chatbot, and bonuses via my platform Heartbeat.

How long do I have access?

Your access to the content is for the lifetime of the training - and if I retire it, I will give you the opportunity to download the materials before I would do so. I have a lifetime deal on my current course platform, so unless that shuts down or I move to another platform, there is no reason for me to remove access.

For the chatbot, lifetime access is not guaranteed due to the changing nature of the AI industry. My aim is to have it live for at least six months following your purchase, and potentially indefinitely. Access may be also revoked for overuse or abuse.

What are the accessibility features of this course?

As this is a live training including tech walkthroughs, it is not ideal for sight-impaired or hard-of-hearing customers. The replay will have a captions option and transcript.

How does the $250 discount work?
